Directions for 1-75 and I-4 Fowler traveling north:

1. Take I-75 towards I-75 / Ocala 5.0
2. At exit 270, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards CR-581 / Bruce B Downs Blvd 0.4
3. Take Ramp (LEFT) to light at [Bruce B Downs Blvd] (LEFT) 0.2
4. Merge onto CR-581 [Bruce B Downs Blvd] 0.6
5. Move into RIGHT lane Lowe’s is on the left as a landmark, McDonalds & Olive Garden on the right. 0.1
6. Turn RIGHT (North-West) onto Tampa Palms Blvd W 0.2
7. Turn RIGHT (North) at 1st stop light onto Commerce Park Blvd
   The road dead ends and Spa Moritz is the last building on the right. 0.6
   

Directions from 1-75 traveling South

1. Take I-75 traveling South towards I-4
2. At exit 270, exit RIGHT onto Ramp towards CR-581 / Bruce B Downs Blvd 
3. Take Ramp to light at [Bruce B Downs Blvd]  
4. Turn Right onto CR-581 [Bruce B Downs Blvd]  to second light 
5. Move into RIGHT lane (BJ’s, CVS & Lowe’s are on the left as a landmark, McDonalds & Olive Garden on the right). 
6. Turn RIGHT (North-West) onto Tampa Palms Blvd W  0.2  ( within 150 yards you will turn right at the first light)
               (Please note if you accidentally turned left at CVS the road would be named Commerce Palms Blvd)

7. Turn RIGHT (North) at the Commerce Park Blvd light (This road dead ends.  Pass USAA, Pass new office complex on right and Primrose School. Spa Moritz is the last building on the right (in the OrthoTechnology building) across from Liberty High School). 0.6 Miles

Directions from 1-75 traveling South

1. Take I-275  Exit on Bearss and head east
2. Travel East to Bruce B Downs take left at light (Do Not merge right or you would go to USF & University Mall area) 
3. Travel Bruce B Downs Blvd until you can see I 75 in the distance. (Stay in left lane)  Turn Left  at 2ND Tampa Palms Blvd West (BJ’s. CVS & Lowes will be on your right)
4. When you turn left at the Tampa Palms Blvd W light, move into RIGHT lane, pass the entrance to Olive Garden and turn Right at light.
5. Turn RIGHT (North) onto Commerce Park Blvd Light.
   (This road dead ends.  Pass USAA, Pass new office complex on right and Primrose School. Spa Moritz is the last building on the right (in the OrthoTechnology building) across from Liberty High School). 0.6 Miles

Additional notes coming from I-275

You will pass the first Tampa Palms Blvd West, within 2 miles of Bearss, then you will pass Amberly Drive, Cypress Preserve, Tampa Palms Blvd, and the next light will be your time to turn left on the 2nd Tampa Palms Blvd West. (remember to look for I 75 in the distance)

You will see a BJ's - CVS - Lowes signs on your Right.
(There is some confusion with streets similarly named and even more so with streets having two names depending on the direction you are turning. If you turned right at BJ's it would be Commerce Palms Blvd and take you to BJs or Lowes. If you make that error please do a U turn, and when you cross over the light it becomes Tampa Palms Blvd W. (pass the entrance to Olive Garden and Turn right on Commerce Park Blvd, see below) As always please call us if you get lost. 813 971 4772
